The upgrade version of the jumbo roll slitter is presented to you.
The FQ17 slitter used for slitting jumbo roll of soft flexible packing materials such as PE/PP/PET, film, paper, Composite membrane and other coiled cylindrical material,etc. And it’s still be suitable for Labels and Adhesive sticker.
Characteristic
1. Both unwind & rewind unit are equipped with tension detecting device with PLC auto constant tension control system.
2. Main drive uses rubber roller pressing type to avoid asynchronous issue between material and roller. And unwind & rewind tension is separated to make whole tension more stable.
3. Rewind part uses differential winding shafts to make sure each roll tension is well controlled.
4. Edge waste treatment uses big centrifugal fan.
5. Slitting part uses shear blades (side pick-up type) for easy change and arrangement of bottom blade and spacers when slitting different sizes.
6. Unwind unit has automatic web guide control system, for auto correction of ununiform jumbo roll and reduce material waste.
7.Shaftless unwind assure the loading safely and efficiently.
